People, teams and culture... I have been fascinated for a long time, and in lots of places all over the world with what makes people happy and groups successful. So I've taken notes, journals, photos, and experimented with techniques and habits to stay happy, healthy, and balanced.

A lot of what I present is drawn from inspirations such as Ben Crowes 'Mojo Crowe', The Resilience Projects' and Hugh Van Cuylenburg, together with Daniel Coyle and 'The Culture Playbook' series -along with many others.

From the program options (described below), that I am passionate about, there may be a mix of what you want for you, your team, school, group or organisation. The best thing is, it will be tailored for leaders of any kind. This is an authentic take on small changes that can really help. Backed with research and nearly two deacdes of teaching and playing sport at an elite level, these sessions will help you grow in your leadership space.

Mates are so important to me. They allow me to vent, celebrate, cry, laugh and just be myself. The capital H in CHanGe is for Haywood, the C and G are for 'Cookie ' and ' Gill'. Two of my best mates that have been through the highs and the lows with me and always help make everything alright. They are the definition of 'connection'.
